The Titan method
Why we soft wash almost everything above the ground
Around here, siding and shingles don't get dirty so much as they get colonised. Fog, salt air, and shade give algae, mildew, moss, and lichen everything they need. A pressure washer knocks the top off that growth and it's back in a few months, often after stripping paint or driving water behind vinyl on the way.
A soft wash is different. Low pressure, a professional cleaning solution, and the growth dies at the root. That's why we soft wash siding, and save the real pressure for concrete, where it belongs.
