How the route works

One owner, one truck, the whole Tri-County

Titan is owner-operated out of Yarmouth County. Around Yarmouth we book jobs individually, any workable day. For the Digby side (Digby, Weymouth, Clare) and the Shelburne side (Barrington, Shelburne, Lockeport), we run route days: a few jobs in the same area on the same day, which keeps the price honest for everyone. Tell us where you are and we'll slot you into the next run.

The wash season here runs roughly April through November. Spring books up fast, so a quote request in March costs nothing and holds your place in line. Details on season & scheduling.

Why houses in Southwest Nova Scotia go green faster than almost anywhere

Yarmouth is one of the foggiest places in Canada. Add salt air off the Gulf of Maine and the Bay of Fundy, summer humidity near 90%, and plenty of shade from spruce, and you have perfect growing conditions for algae, mildew, moss, and lichen. That's why soft washing, which kills the growth instead of trimming it, is the right method for this coast.
